Early in the morning check hp, no smses.
Use computer. Go facebook, check notifications, then silence. Open messenger, sign in, then silence.
I know my friends will all "CHAT WITH ME WHEN UR BORED KAY!"
But i know that all of us know that its annoying to have a bored person talking to you when u are busy.
